I’ve had a great experience of getting to know all about this place of living with Rebecca. She was very polite, real and honest. The building is in a “rebuilding and rebranding” phase. If you’re looking for something reasonable in East Falls, check this place out.

I lived here for 2 years. Nice gym and pool but soooo many mice and constant fire alarms got really annoying. Endless fun for my cat though.

Great location, the Avenue at East Falls is completely beautiful and has so many nice amenities. I love Becca, she's a hardworking leasing agent who went to the above and beyond to help me. I truly believe that The Avenue at East Falls is a perfect place for anyone to call home.
