At first I thought this place was ok until my grandmother was sent to sturdy for some physical issues and upon returning her things were downstairs claiming she didn’t follow policy by getting a ride back by family… When this issue was brought up the staff was extremely hostile and unprofessional and has been reported to the state by my grandmothers new healthcare providers. What was said to me upon calling was “Are you a nurse ? What do you know about anything?” When i said my grandmother had right to her own transportation. The staff lied about their behavior and ignored all attempts from the hospital to send my grandmother back. Today when I picked up her things her packages were opened and when I asked to report it the nurse was extremely angry and said “well I’m not gonna do anything about it” and hung up on me. I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff or what the issue is but I would never trust these hostile and angry people with an elderly person who cannot speak for themselves, especially being a healthcare worker myself and knowing the standards. Wish I could give less than a star.

Ask anyone who knows, this facility is run like a scam, it is constantly understaffed, hires vendors and agencies for backfill but doesn’t pay them. They cycle through staffing agencies as others drop them for non payment hoping they don’t catch on till too late. One can only wonder what the residents go through. If you’re a commercial vendor, or a person who offers any type of service to this place - stay warned, and stay away. If you’re considering bringing your loved one here, consider why do you think your resident will fare better if vendors, nurses & home health aides aren’t paid.
