It’s a lovely place with a beautiful view, if you are lucky enough to get one of those units. If you love the industrial and rustic look, this is the place. If you like the feel of a college dorm life, you will fall in love with this community. I would only recommend that you do your due diligence before buying. Make sure you request a copy of the most recent Board Minutes, meet the Manager, ask current owners of existing issues, both structural and social, and be ready to take an active role on the Board, so that you do not have any surprises with new rules and regulations that you will have no control over, and may not be fair or uniform. I would also ask to meet and be aware of all neighbors that will live beside you, across from you and below you.
