I bought a MacBook Pro from here and the guy selling it to me(indian looking guy) offered me a free year of geek squad services. They told me if I had any problems I could bring it to the store and that after the free year went by I’d be notified by them so that I can cancel it. Anyways I was charged 200 dollars for it and I had to sit on my phone and talk to like 5 different Best Buy representatives just to get my refund…y’all get one star..I should’ve just went to the apple store 😂

Geek squad here is laughable. I brought my PC here a few weeks ago that I bought back in 2020 from this location. The customer service Rep on my first visit was extremely nice. Very helpful, outgoing, and had a passion for his work. He kept trying to upsell me to being a member but I told him I'd like to see how this repair goes and then I'd consider it. I'm glad I waited because now I'm only out $100 instead of $200. When I got a call saying my PC was ready for pick up I came in immediately and I was helped by a different team member. This person had no idea what they were doing. When I asked him what was wrong with my PC he said he wasn't sure but it was working now. Okay, whatever. I bring it home, set it up, and it's still not working. I go back the next day and tell them that the device still isn't working. Now I'm working with a 3rd person. This person tells me that the services don't guarantee that the product will work. I ask him why it's not working and he doesn't know either. I show him the diagnostic report they gave me upon the initial pick up and he says he didn't write it so he doesn't know. After 3 different visits, $100 spent, I now have a still broken computer and 2 employees who couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Take your money else where.

The staff is wonderful. The LG products really stink. I bought a DVD player that was on the expensive side and is nothing but a noisy mess, and now it's not working at all. It's not even two years old. What a lemon. Now I have to buy a DVD player that isn't the same brand as my LG TV, which is kind of excellent. Boy does this have me fuming....

Yeah id try, if it's an honest mistake you shouldn't have any issue. Worse case go to the store and buy something and ask to apply at the cashier, it doesn't take that long.
It all depends on if u live close to where the channels are broadcasted. We use Mohu antenna and it works great!

Best Buy will not work on anything that is not covered by a Geek Squad program. This is from recent experience. I had asked about having them look at an item that they actually carried of mine. They'd be responsible if they caused further damage.
TV's definitely but there is a $25 dollar charge, along with computer monitors, computer parts, components, cell phones, printers are free to recycle

You have to wear a mask during your visit and they wipe down everything. There is signage around the store stating they frequently clean.
They should be able to replace them if you recently purchased them.
Usually warranty issues need to be taken up with the company itself instead of Best buy but it can't hurt to try.
Yes, depending on the tv size a 25 dollar fee may be required. From their website: Products we recycle for a $25 fee per item: Limit two TVs per household per day. Tube TVs smaller than 32" Flat-panel TVs: LCD, plasma, LED smaller than 50" There are no store drop-off fees in California. Stores in Connecticut and Pennsylvania do not accept TVs for drop-off. Computers are free
Usually screws are included for the stands at the bottom of the TV. Sometimes they are screwed into their installation holes, otherwise they would need to be obtained through the manufacturer. However, they are inexpensive and I believe if you informed Best Buy they could help. Regardless, the TV can be exchanged if it's missing installation components. I have never known that to be an issue with Best Buy. I'd definitely call before returning the TV. One last thought is to recheck the bag for the remote control. Sometimes they are in there.
I went looking for your MC-60's, it doesn't seem they have them available. However, there are some for sale on eBay Panasonic MC60 Set of 4 MICROCASSETTES with single storage case micro cassettes for $9.99.
Not where you want to go for it. There is a screen fixing place downstairs in the mall, almost directly below best buy. Go there instead.

In truth they will probably try to get you to buy a new system because of their sales model. It's probably best to call their service counter if you are dead set on going through this retailer.
If you mean a 64 gig thumb drive / usb drive yes i have and use a few daily. Almost everyday i use 3 - 32 gig 2 -64 gig and 2 - 128 gig ones. They are very handy.
