They rarely answer the phone. If you complain about it, or anything, they hang up on you.
They are terrible at answering the phone. Your best bet to get a hold of someone is to actually go there.
You're better off writing them a letter.
Yeah, half the time there's no one at the Customer Service desk. Heck, Everytime I've gone there, it's been having some issue or the other with their PC. So, better off going in person..
