This place reminds me of the days when treepad existed, but x100. Lots of slides, tunnels, trampolines, ball pit area and arcade area for the kids to play games in. The prices were reasonable, and there's no time limit for admission. They do charge a locker fee per hr if you want your personal belongings to be locked up, but other than that it was a great experience for my child. The employee who checked us in was very friendly. Will definitely be returning!

This doesn’t even deserve a one star rating . I booked a party for my daughter and since I had to cancel the event I called to see about the refund process . After being scolded about booking an event that didn’t accommodate my time frame I was rudely told I am ignorant and stupid, also probably a dumb “ colored “ mother I don’t deserve a single dime . I read all the disclosures and not once it mentioned a non refundable deposit nor the deposit being held for a year . This disclosure was sent to me via email after my deposit was sent . Then being harassed by the customer service rep and being told she called the police and the CEO on me . I get banned from a place that I never visited nor will in the future . If this is a kid friendly establishment , why are the customers service reps acting in non professional and friendly manner. My favorite part of the conversation was being told that “ this is a place of business and we set rules in place for dumb mother flippers like myself “. I never ever have been disrespected in such a manner and this lady still gets to keep her job . If I , a well educated black mother , spoke like this , I would be targeted as a anger black women and would have lost my job . Let’s hope they really refund me my money .

I love this place. I bring my son all the time. He's 4. It's one of his favorite places to go. If you think this place is expensive. Try Chuck E Cheese or even Huckfins when it's open. You'll easily spend $50-$100. In a matter of hours. I pay $30 to go for the entire day with my son. Kids love it there. It's clean, staff there are very sweet. What more could you ask for!? I don't understand the bad rap in the reviews. The entry form only takes a few minutes, I'm grateful they do this, for safety reasons. So to the naysayers let's do a challenge: please update a better place, that's in that price range, that's clean, well kept, with great staff that a toddler would have a better time at?

they have a binder with a few different packages for birthday parties. just ask to see the binder take pictures of the pages and plan at your discretion.

Depends on the age of child and your age. Under 1 is free with and Older child. Seniors also get a discount. I would say on average like $20 for one adult and child. Our family of 4 with under 1 and 2 year old runs us like 30-35 per visit. Not cheap for sure but you get unlimited play and the place is huge.
All day if ya want to stay..just make sure to watch for puddles...kids urinate and the workers dont like to clean it up
