I keep booking appointments with them and no one ever calls.

Rude customer service, the lady had an attitude with me for no reason when I was just asking what was wrong with my TAP application. She gave me a number for my parent to call about fixing their tax return, and when my mom called the number, it wasn’t even a working number. So I was given a number that doesn’t even exist. Now I have to book another appointment and the due date to pay for this semester is coming up very soon.
Buzz Off
Most of the call schedule slots are either booked or far in the future, and once you lock in a time you have no opportunity to change it even if there are multiple slots available on a given day. They called early and when I was unable to pick up the phone, and even though I have a 30 minute time slot booked there is no way for me to get through to them. A terrible system that really needs to be looked at because most of these calls are about urgent matters that must be answered ASAP.
Over There
A disaster spread out over 3 months. Not being able to reach customer support unless you schedule an appointment is criminal. Especially when appointments are booked anywhere from a week to three weeks out. The last service representative called over an HOUR early and left a voicemail telling me to reschedule. Which of course is over a week from today. I've been given a different answer to my problem every time I call too. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

For federal loans, check out studentloans.gov to apply for free. If they are servicing institutional loans you'll need to contact them directly.
Your loan would only be forgiven if you went through Public Service Loan Forgiveness for 10 years, or IBR/ICR/RePAYE/PAYE for 20-25 years.
I a heartship letter
I would contact the school your diploma is from. They should have it or know how to get it.
The garnishment would stop but I would contact them to see how much you have left. You can stop a garnishment on a federal loan by using Rehabilitation.
Best way is to call and speak with someone. Remember to get the name of the person and write down the time you spoke with them. I've had problems before with account advisers not making the proper memos to my account.
