usually the "input" button on your remote. most likely input for your tv to be on is hdmi 1 or 2
Pretty certain all you really need to do is cancel your Netflix membership to keep from getting charged when your current month Runs Out. As for going back to TV, I believe you will have to contact a company like Spectrum.
