Honest-to-god truth the people as in the staff at Xfinity Comcast are great their Pro-Lite they're courteous they're knowledgeable they are exceptional of what they do exclamation Nation point now waiting for over an hour to get things done was terrible! All in all I'm happy with the service I'm happy with the outcome and I also want to say that Lazaro one of the technicians that came to my house was so polite and kind and courteous he's the whole reason that I'm sticking with Xfinity Comcast! If it wasn't for him I had such a bad experience on the phone with the computer I was getting ready to stop my subscription!

Associates stand around in groups instead of helping customers waiting. Couldn’t even help me pay my bill. What a waste. Horrible company too that will raise your bill randomly all the time

Yes. As soon as you return it they stop billing you for it. But since they charge a month ahead they'll refund you 11 next billing cycle.

You can get Netflix on your X1 equipment but for Amazon Prime Video you'll need a FireTv adapter or Roku or Chromcast.
Not necessarily. You'll need to be on the account and bring ID. But you'll have a whole round trip to make to return old modem.
