You can drop by and wait or better if you make an appointment.
They open at 10 a.m.and there is a desk Just inside the door. This person will either solve you equipment issue or direct you to a representative who will take care of your issue. There was not a significant wait for service.
I do know that there is a person directly inside the door to talk to when you get there. I would say it's possible, but top talk to the person that is setting appointments.
