My 95 year old momnlaw took her walker in to Jack's - it had a snapped brake cable. She was told the needed part was no longer available so she would be better off buying a new walker. What bull! I took it to a local bike shop and they replaced the cable for $6. With "Medical" in the name, trust should be in the business plan - Jack's failed on this one.

Yes. It is an excellent item, makes life so much easier. We got a used one , but those are hard to find.
They sell them, and They might also rent them.
They carry N95 masks which would serve your purposes well and are often the minimum recommended for protection from fire related air pollution
They do carry adult bed rails
