Awful management they do not respond unless it is about rent. They will "look into" everything and never get back to you. We pay way too much money for absolutely nothing. We were told a bike rake came with the parking spot we pay for. It wasn't there when we moved it. We followed up weekly for 5 weeks then it was stolen. The garage doors don't properly lock- hence how the bike with stolen. The front doors don't lock properly. Our balcony door doesn't lock. The drywall in the laundry room was tore up due to a leak and we were told it would be fixed the week we moved in. 6 weeks later its not fixed and they didn't even sweep up their mess. the master bed room blinds straight up fell off- still not fixed. The master bath water pressure is so low multiple rows do not have water coming out. It's just ridiculous that there is no accountability for these maintenance issues to be fixed. From the other reviews, you can see this is their standard of management. I wish I would have read them before signing the lease. I've been here for a month and I'm counting down the days until I get to leave. —————— Edited. Dry wall was fixed. Emailed the manager on August 16th regarding my stolen bike STILL no answer. Their slogan is “management matters” — it’s laughable considering their lack of care and zero response!

Sorry to hear that this was your experience. Did you let anyone know you would be coming? What were you trying to accomplish that couldn't be handled by text, email, phone or video conference?
That certainly is not our standard operating procedure. Are you sure you checked your portal for texts or emails from us?
