Today I discovered that the keffer jeep and dodge service department had stripped my oil pan plug/bolt when they changed my oil last time. Robert at Indian Trail Auto zone recommended a great tool kit that helps out for this very reason. He said if it doesn't work I can bring it back. It worked with ease and I am very pleased that Robert knew how to fix my dilemma. Thank you

Very helpful. Only complaint was I had to return to the store due to wrong product! Great verity and selection of auto paint and auto parts, and f they don't have it they can usually order it for you. Could use more experience and not have to call the manager frequently to resolve issues or help with computer orders and prepaid items.

Quinton was a real help today! My front turn signal on the passenger side of my vehicle and was very stressed about getting it fixed. After a trip to two places with no avail I came to this location with hopes of finding what I needed, and I did! He seemed very knowledgeable and went the second mile in helping me. Blessed to have been led here :)

Great place, great employees. In my experience, they are always well stocked and very respectful. I have found myself experiencing sexism before at stores like this, but NOT HERE! I was treated with respect and courtesy. They two kind men at the register helped me return some brake pads with no hassle. Highly recommend!
