This is the most awful pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is unempathetic and inconsiderate. They are always behind and please make sure you call them to check on your prescription because they won't and don't care. I set up notices and got nothing. When I called the automated message said my prescription was being processed. I called again the next day and spoke with the pharmacy, they said they couldn't fill it because of insurance but if i had the app i could have seen the status, really? You are forcing me to get an app to know my status when I signed up for text? Then I find out I won't be able to get my prescription which i needed yesterday for weeks without further action and it is the weekend. I drive to the store and ask can I get it without insurance when they inform me they don't even have it available. Wow. Terrible, terrible.

If you want to be given dirty looks and attitude while picking up your prescription come to the walgreens in Indian Trail. These people make it seem like its the biggest inconvience when your simply picking up your medication. They also ALWAYS try to charge me and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to tell them I have insurance that should cover it. Then they stare at my account for a good 5 minutes and say "oh yeah no charge". It never fails. No matter what time of day you come, theyre awful. Had to finally switch pharmacies.

Always guarantee a time for me to pick up my medications. And it has never been ready on time. I've had to wait over an hour in the parking lot. They were not even apologetic or understanding in fact they were down right rude about it. Acted like I inconvenienced them!?!?!?

Lol cuteness!!
Any time I've had to transfer a script, I could just call my new pharmacy and provide all the information from the prescription label from my old pharmacy. Once you do that, Walgreens should be able to call your old pharmacy and fill your prescription.
