Me and my husband have been members at workout anytime for about 3 years now, and have been going to both the minthill location and the Indian trail location. Today some new young Asian girl who I’ve never seen interrupt my workout at least 3-4 times asking me about if I have a membership and tried to make me sign a guest form when I’ve never had an issue before. Then two other girls including the Asian girl came and bothered me again. I couldn’t even workout, I asked them to call the minthill location and have them tell them about my membership but none did. I ask to speak with the owner and all they had excuses. We join this gym because we love it and we love being Christian’s but theses people are very rude. They seriously need to work on their customer service skills. Absolutely horrible how they treated me.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place has certainly earned my utmost respect! I walked into this business and a sweet lady named Morgan immediately greeted me with the most heartwarming smile! I fell in love with the staff, the environment, and the professional behavior of every employee. I was able to feel at home and at ease. I would recommend a business like this to any passing bystander! It is certainly worth your while and a good bang for your buck!
