I'm a new tenant to 8000 Waters and after reading all the prior positive reviews about the property manager, Crystal - it was blind faith after that. I signed a lease without seeing the apartment and with her incredible support on some approval hurdles. I trusted her on what the interior would be like and she was true to her word. She's INCREDIBLE and her communication is spot on. Her follow through is great and the 2-crew Dynamic Duo maintenance team she has is equally as incredible! I'm VERY detail-oriented and picky and they've been responding to every concern I've voiced. They have all been great. Some of the apartment is a bit antiquated but there was full transparency there. I have vaulted ceilings and I love the lanai. The grounds are quiet and beautiful and while I haven't yet used any amenities, they are nice and I've seen them often. I could not be happier. Without the presence of Crystal and her team, I cannot imagine this property would be as great as it is. They do a lot of incentive and holiday-related activities, which I find to be such a neat touch and unique to any other complex I've lived in. SO happy I trusted Crystal and signed on w/o seeing the place. Well-worth it!!!! She and her team are TOP Notch!!!!! 🎉

I recently moved in and I must say, the entire team here at 8000 Waters has been excellent . They are exceptional at what they do. From responsiveness to customer service, and maintenance. They truly care about their tenants and it shows. I have never had an experience so positive with any apartment complex. Also, the apartments are well kept, clean, quiet, and inclusive!

Great staffing, quick to respond. They fix things relatively quickly. I love the layout since it allows me to build my custom pantry the way I want. As far as the community, the grill countertops are always gross, we’re not allowed to use the fire place and flooding is a MAJOR issue. It ruined some of my car. We are also not allowed to use the fireplaces, which makes me upset since that was advertised. It was pretty quiet for a while until some gun violence happened right outside my apartment. Between the apartment fires, gun violence, and flooding it’s not worth the $1400. I’m still deciding if I want to even renew my lease because mainly there is a lack of security and I have had the same gross carpet, appliances, and peeled up floors, and flaking bathroom paint. If it’s your first apartment though, it’s not too bad.
