The Grove at Ardsley Park

For almost paying $2000, I really expected more care and consideration when it comes to having our problems being addressed. While we have made the request to have pest control come in the past, we currently have found a cockroach in our bedroom which is a little too close for comfort. This is one of the multiple problems we’ve been dealing with. Honestly I just want help but its definitely been just a game of shifting the blame where I don’t even want to ask anymore. Edit: in response to the comment left by management, what led to this choice is literally in my review.

I just moved into The Grove at Ardsley Park. Hannah has gone above and beyond during the move in process for us. I am truly grateful for her. She has made us feel so welcome here at this community. I can’t wait to continue building memories here.

I moved here back around the end of October of 2021. I have loved it from the start! The amenities are great and the location couldn't be more perfect. I am only a few minutes drive from the Starland District and I have every store I could need just a couple minutes walk from my front door. The staff have been accommodating and awesome since I first moved in! Really like the neighbors and love the neighborhood!

The Grove has been the perfect location for me being brand new to Savannah! The updates to the community are great and will be even better once we have a pool! The convenience of being able to walk next door to everything you need at Habersham Village is unmatched. Highly recommend for location and friendly staff!
