I ask the Staff if it was possible to change our carpet floor to wood floor and it happened!! They did a great Job, this is out third year living in here and we love it! We have live in a lot of complex like this style and we never experienced so much attention and care like here at the Fountains!

Wonderful, safe community with a great management office! Nice, clean apartments and friendly neighbors. Good location - close to downtown Savannah. Special thumbs up to Catrina and Shelby - they are always so easy to work with and focus on resident satisfaction. Also have to mention the Maintenance team - they are always responsive and friendly.

I’ve lived here for a year now. The new property manager Catrina she’s the ABSOLUTE BEST! She will do her very best to help you. My time here is ending soon due to the very high increase in the rent but if you can afford living here I would do it. It’s very peaceful. The lake is so beautiful .

Please do better with your landscaping. The bushes are extremely high and extend out along the sidewalk near the pond. The shrubbery blocks the entrance to the door and you have to manuever around it. No one should have to walk through spider webs daily. How do you not see this????
