This is by far the worst place I have lived in Georgia the 7 years I've been here. Do not move here, there are far better places to live for the price they're asking, and they're only increasing rent. There is constant domestic abuse throughout the complex, the pool is never open, the security gate hasn't worked in over a year, my packages are constantly stolen, work orders are literally never completed, and like I said they're only increasing rent. One day I went to the pool and the pool light was actually just hanging there, floating, which obviously is a major electric shock hazard and they never did anything about it. Ownership also seems to only respond to 5 star reviews on google and never address any concerns from those that actually live here and have issues causing me to believe they just genuinely don't care about their tenants. Also, a couple of the 5 star reviews on here were written by employees of the apartment complex so that's sketchy. Just save yourself the money they're charging and go somewhere else. It may look pretty on the outside but it's anything but.

Although I ended up not renting one of these apartments I wanted to make a point to share one of the best experiences I’ve been fortunate to have during this unfortunate search for a place to live in Savannah. I’d recommend anyone speak with or make sure you contact Raven. She is professional, courteous and was helpful despite our decision to rent elsewhere. I would have rented had it been based solely on her attitude and other attributes

I am enjoying living here mostly because of the safety I feel and the noise level is low. The ladies at front desk are always nice.
