I just moved into my apartment a few weeks ago. I really love it. The area is very nice, the apartment is spacious and well laid out. I love the classic southern touches of crown molding and peaceful light colors. Savannah, my leasing agent, was wonderful to work with, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any emails or calls I sent her way. I would definitely recommend working with Savannah if you are looking at apartments here.

I'm very thankful for her help and answering all my questions. They are loving their time at Olympus Fenwick!!! I love the constant communication and updates from the property management. It eases a mother's worry as her baby flies from the nest for the first time!!

My husband and I moved to Savannah, GA in March and we love it here! The application process went super smooth thanks to Kristen who helped us out. Everyone here at Olympus Fenwick is super respectful, professional and helpful! They're always update you on what's going on around the community, if any pets go missing they try their every power to get them back with their owners! Honestly there is no complaint about these complex! The maintenance staff are also super helpful and polite! If anyone is thinking of moving into this community, I would say DO IT, trust me you will not regret it what so ever! Plus every other week we get different Food Trucks !!!

I think it is prorated based on the number of months remaining on the lease unless you can make a real good case for breaking it. Just wondering why you are considering breaking the lease?
