I would give ZERO Ratings to this community for professionalism, maintenance. I have been washing utensils partly by hands for past 3 months, since dishwasher utility basket is missing from day-1. So far, not a single visit by maintenance folks since I moved in 3 months ago. Refrigerator door panel is cracked and all bottle of sauces etc. can fall off and break any day. I get same response from everyone that we have only one person and he is busy fixing Air Conditions. I am now concerned about any urgent issues if pop up, I might have to get the help from outside to survive here through rest of my lease period. I would not recommend my friends to move in here in future, unless management shows willingness to change things on the ground.

This place is going south, no long time ago it was ok, now the rent is very expensive for the service you get. Months can pass and no one take care of the maintenance reports, the office personnel is rude, even the clubhouse theater is not working properly. All the perks that we used to love, are not here anymore. Robberies, Trash containers overflowing, failing public lighting in the corridors. I will never recommend this place to anyone anymore. Sadly but truth.

This place is completely horrible, terrible treatment, high rent for such a useless place that doesn’t even give you enough to be satisfied. The trash Always everywhere new management new staffs only one person does all the fixing. NOT HAPPY at all no one ever picks up you have kids in the office bathroom selling and smoking weed, adults having inappropriate moments, the pool never being clean. If I could go back to when I didn’t choose this apartment I would in a flash. IF YOU GUYS WANT TO RAISE YOUR RENT MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY HAVE DECENT RESPONSIBLE AND GOOD VIBES . Total rip off of rent money wasted into this apartment

I have been living here almost 2 years and it has not been a pleasant experience. Staff members are rude and very unprofessional. I have had several issues with the apartment and none of the issues have been resolved. After placing multiple maintenance requests, nothing has been done. I have light bulbs that need changing and its been two weeks. I have been cooking in the dark for two weeks, which is hazardous. As of today, my lights are still not working. I am now force to go out and buy a lamp for the kitchen. Every time I call the leasing office no one answers the phone. This is the worst complex that I have ever lived in. The street lights are out and trash is everywhere. The place is dirty. I emailed the property manager Amanda, who is not so nice, and she did not care about my concerns. The complex went from a 4 star to a 1 star. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Rent is expected to be paid on time, but phone calls, emails, or request cannot be meet in a reasonable time, or at all! Something needs to change immediately within that leasing office and staff needs to bee properly training. Customer services skills are lacking amongst the entire staff. I have recently read reviews about the apartment, with residents sharing the same concerns as me. I am assuming corporate can see reviews. These poor reviews are also a reflection of corporate as well, which is not a great look. I will more than likely be breaking my lease for a more professional, pleasant, and suitable place of residence.

Yes. Read the reviews people are stating facts. The only reason I change my review was because the District Manager made sure all my complaints were resolved and he credited me roughly $350 dollars
Thank you for your interest, Betty. Unfortunately, our lease does not conform to Section 8 requirements.
