The person who originally checked us in zipped thru everything and refused to give us any basic instructions. I was in a group of 4 and the associate stated “does everybody know how to shoot a gun” I interjected twice that I DID NOT- and was met with “well that’ll eat up your time” as if gun safety is secondary and optional. It was obvious that the clerk had an attitude and did not want to be bothered. He finally gave us instruction but zipped thru it like he was in the running for the worlds quickest safety training to the point where everyone in my party had to ask him to go over it again and SLOWLY. After repeating the instructions we were told to go to lane 5&6 but were never motioned where the door was or even which later found out we needed to only open one door when the other door is closed. We finally get to our lanes and the more experienced ppl in my group struggled to load and fire the guns for about 15minutes and finally got assistance from other customers on the range. That’s when we later found out one of the guns we received was jammed. Then when one person in my group went to go tell the clerk who helped us he dismissed he because he felt that the amount of shooting time that was left was insignificant for him to rectify the matter and then told my friend to go find someone else to help 😳 Thank God this one employee is not a reflection of the rest of the staff or even management at this location because everything was rectified by an exceptional employee by the name of Ty who rectified everything and even gave us exceptional safety instructions and and a little more time since we had not been able to successfully fire a single round prior to his help. Thank you Ty and to the manager on duty what saved our my first time range experience. They are the only reason my review is not a 1 star

This place is amazing for honoring Groupons after expiration - even after 5 years! Coach K is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience!

It's hard enough to find a range to train at and this one if you ain't there hr and a half early you wait 2 to 3 hrs for a lane but it's high demand so I understand. But it's also well beyond hard to find ammo and afford it to be able to train and now they are forcing you to use only brass case the most expensive stuff this range is making difficult for people to train. Will never get my business again and I'm sure they don't care.

Drive 30 miles to get there on Sunday at 4pm. They said all lanes are booked. No apologies and no sign or schedule posted anywhere. They even had the nerve to ask me come back tomorrow. I see a lots of lanes empty. They said 11 people ahead of me are standby. I see 6 people behind me was ask to come back another day when they got to the counter. I even tried check online google their busy schedule hours and call them on the phone. All you get are different departments, different route and no one answers the phone. I had been here many times on weekdays and couple times on weekends. It’s sad I really like this place but it’s time for me to look for closer one nearby my home.

This is incorrect. For pistols its 25 dollars for 1 shooter for as long as you want to shoot NOT per hour. You can add a second shooter for 10 more dollars. Long guns cost 25/ hour
Sorry to hear that, Usually, They are polite and Professional.
18+ to use the range, 21+ to test and evaluate one of their firearms. You would have to bring your own, unless you had someone 21+ to rent for you.
Yes as long as you have a state ID and a Credit card
Sure, the place is packed full of armed spo's and law enforcement officials.
Yes And if you need to go upstairs They have elevators to go upstairs
Yes
On one hand I don't think they want a lot of gunsmithing type stuff going on, When you're in the range. But on the other hand, they don't really watch the cameras that hard either. So you may be able to get away with your gun vise and sand bag.
