This is incorrect. For pistols its 25 dollars for 1 shooter for as long as you want to shoot NOT per hour. You can add a second shooter for 10 more dollars. Long guns cost 25/ hour
$25/hour, for the lane rental. pistol rental $10, rifle $20. Additional costs for ammunition, hearing and eye protection, targets etc. If you are referring to individual firearms training, then I suggest you find a reputable instructor.
