Horrific experience. We remained calm and collective the entire time but The store manager Brandon still refused to come. Drive 90 minutes only to be told the item we bought, which was PHYSICALLY SCANNED into the system vanished.... gee how could the ps5 I bought that was scanned in hand by someone just vaporize? We also counted about 12 different "reasons" we were told by supposed Team Leads: an employee took it, it was stolen, the system didnt have it, it was sold to someone else, oops they just dont know.............. And the front end TL explained the pick up and scan / customer notification process but when I insisted she ask the employee who scanned it she suddenly claimed she had no idea how targets systems work.. um, your the TL for the Service Desk and pick ups but you dont know?? Funny. The other 3 target stores I called, all employees knew how it worked. I have written to Corporate and called several times and 0 follow ups... ill never shop again and absolutely will dissuade family and friends from shopping with target. Lies. Scams. Rudeness. Lack of any professionalism. And making us wait literally 20 minutes just standing there with no one helping, and our in store time was well over an hour. What a joke

Target offers a wide variety of home decor items, clothing accessories and some food items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ms. Karen was very polite and professional at the largo campus way south location. The largo location is getting renovated and going to be a wonderful shopping experience. ITS ACTIVE..! FAR FROM SLUG aka bad its a GREAT STORE AND A GREAT SHOP TO YOU DROP VIBE TO BE HAD ! *BARS* LOL
