Great place to shop, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to return a lock, I waited on a line for30min, which did not move. The only movement was more people added to the line. Absolutely frustration! I still need to take back the lock, but do not want to spend my entire day waiting in a return line. The need to hire better staff and pay them. Give so e incentives fir coming to work and doing a awesome job. Easy to take money, but trying to return is a beast

I have ordered a washer on 5/20. I paid for it online, and the confirmed delivery was on 5/22. The washer was not delivered. I called them on 5/24 inquiring about my delivery. I was told by the customer service that they see my order in their system, and that they don't understand why it was not delivered to me, and told me they will call me back. They never called, so after 6 hours I called them back. Spoke with another customer care rep, who told me it was their mistake; they never loaded my order on the truck on 5/22. The rep rescheduled my delivery for 5/27. It was not delivered to me once again. I called them, and spoke with the customer service. They told me they don't have the unit in stock. I explained the situation, and I asked to speak with a manager. After several call backs, I was finally connected to a manager who told me he will look into it , and will call me back. Needless to say, no one ever called me. I called them back again after 4 hours, and after several calls and a long time on hold I spoke with on duty manager Dereck. He refused to provide his last name. I explained the situation, and basically he told me he can't help me except to cancell my order, or to place my order again. I explained that my delivrery was already confirmed twice, and I took leave twice from work to be home for it, and I demanded that Lowes makes it right. I told him that I don't necessarily need the washer they don't have in stock, but that I need a washer TODAY. He basically laughed at me . When I asked him how I file complaint against him and his store, he just told me to call 1-800-LOWES. Wow, what a customer service to a loyal customer who has spent many 1000's of Dollars in this store over the years! They did not screw my order once, but twice, and when I asked them to make it right, this Dereck guy who refused to properly identify himself basically laughed at me. I am considering taking a leagal action against them to compensate me for my 2 days off, and I will never buy anything from Lowes ever a

this is incredible, at 5 in the afternoon and the gate of the garden area was closed I had to buy 12 bags of mulch and 5 bags of stones, and the area according to two employees who I asked told me that this area It was already closed if I wanted to pay I had to take all that to the front gate, they didn't even offer me help on this. If that is true, please, they should update the schedule and specify that the gate closes at 5 so as not to waste time, if not, too bad for those employees who do not recognize that this type of business is due to customers.

Yes,, or you will not be able to use it. It is a remote control just like a TV remote control which needs batteries. Otherwise, you will have a manual one which is your hands pulling the door open and close.
