Meh! I took my toddler to the barbershop to get his first cut. The guy that waited on me was not very helpful. He handed me dirty pick with hair all over to pick my son's hair. 1st red flag regarding professionalism. I politely declined and went to purchase him a pick and then came back. His excuse then was that I did not pick out his hair enough. Eventually got his hair cut at another barber the same day. Suggestion: Pay a concierge to meet and greet customers and place them with barber's with appropriate expertise.
