They stayed in contact and kept me up to date throughout the diagnostic, and labor/repair. The staff was friendly and informative. I LOVE this shop! I have been going here for 6 years, since I moved to Gilbert, and Barry and Matthew are AMAZING (along with the other staff members)! You will not find better service from anyone else. I am a female and most of the time going to these places I always feel taken advantage of. They have fixed a lot of issues on my Jeep and they go above and beyond with service not to mention how knowledgeable they are. On one of my visits Barry found me a shop that had some parts I needed for my Jeep, he did the research on his own and did not charge me! Just today they checked out my Jeep and there was no charge, and the times in the past, I feel, the cost for what they did was VERY fair. Barry and Matthew are always so smiley and welcoming! You will NOT regret going here. Thank you Barry, Matthew, Jesse, and crew!! My Jeepie is always safe with you guys!

I have been taking my vehicles there for maintenance for several years. The employees are very friendly, the service is very good. They always inform you of everything they do. I never felt like they were trying to pressure me to have work done that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this Brakes Plus to anyone for their auto service needs.

If anyone ever needs their brakes or rotors change I highly recommend Brakes Plus on Higley over by Fry’s. We got quoted an insane amount from another auto shop and saw great reviews for Brakes Plus so we gave them a call!! Matthew was fantastic to work with and was way more cost effective then the other auto shop and our vehicle was done within a few hours!! My husband was going to replace all four brakes and rotors today himself and we are so pleased we were able to get them done by a specialist in brakes for a fraction of the cost compared to the other auto shop!! I Definitely will use them again in the future!!
