My Mac konked out mid-week while on a personal trip here. Everyone was very helpful with my Mac repair. Even the manager, Robert, made sure that the service was complete, excellent and ahead of schedule, which I appreciated very much after having unexpected ‘down’ time when I visited. Thanks, guys!

Six years ago, I spilled an entire glass of water on my 2013 Macbook Pro, after which it obviously stopped working. I was a college student and desperately needed my laptop, so I brought it to this store for a diagnosis and to hopefully get it fixed. I made an appointment at the Genius Bar, and the employee who helped me took my laptop into the back to open it up. When he brought it back out a short time later, he told me that the motherboard was completely fried and that the repair would cost me at least $700. Feeling disheartened at that estimate (given that it was already an older laptop), I opted to just buy a whole new Macbook. A very expensive lesson on my part! Six years later, in 2022, I still had my old broken laptop laying around. My boyfriend was convinced that he could fix it, so I let him try. After acquiring some very tiny screwdrivers and opening it up, the motherboard actually looked totally fine. It was actually the hard drive that was corroded... a much cheaper fix! $25 and one new hard drive later, and my old laptop works again. TLDR: Always get a second opinion after getting a diagnosis from Apple. Or just go talk to a third party repair-person first. If I had, I could have saved myself $1800!

Today I’m giving five stars to Angelo (Sales Associate) at the Apple Store. I had a wonderful experience because he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he went above and beyond to assist me. I liked his kind and helpful demeanor. I definitely would recommend this location.

You are correct. I would recommend in the future get a name and make it clear that you won't wait 1 minute after the appointment. If they respect that great if not stop going to that place and find another or stop buying apple products or talk to a manager and speak out so everyone can hear how they treat customers. Just my opinion.

Hi Dave. Absolutely. You can walk in and talk with a customer service representative and they will help you order what you want. Once you place an order ghey can arrange for a pickup at there location or a direct ship for you. Macbooks run about 12 to 1300 dollars for the basic 13" model.
First step would be to call the store and find out if they do appointments. Otherwise you will need to go to the store and wait your turn. Asking Google won't get it done. Sorry
