We came to get a device activated after receiving a replacement from the damaged one and guy at the entrance just told us to wait in the vehicle to be called @ 2:52pm, after 20 minutes waiting and seeing other customers who arrived AFTER US being called inside I went to ask why we keept waiting and found out WE WERE NEVER SIGNED IN , the guy didn't had a name in the tag he was wearing (1/29/21). After almost 10 more minutes we were called to go inside by Shaun who quickly helped us and got us going. He doesn't deserve a bad review but because of the other employee I'm just putting 2 stars.

Terrible service!!! While upgrading was informed an promotion phone tracker and iPhone device that I clearly did not WANT. Was told I wouldn’t have to pay for these devices if I was to pay service for six months. Was stuck paying these items even after returning the devices in an additional restock fee that was applied by there policy. I don’t recommend it for you and your look out! especially an associate by the name of Zick Webber who gives false claim. Another loyal customer gone highly unsatisfied with my honest input.

Had to wait a long time, about one hour plus. The employee servicing me was very customer service Orientated. The company still has not worked out the major issues with Sprint cell phone and services. I have to go to an old Sprint store to get the phone and services I needed.

For an uncrowded store, I was first in line for 10 minutes with 6 associate's not with customers. So glad the manager was competent, and able to take care of my concerns.
