READ READ READ, That waiver he has you sign, the one he tells you he has never had to enforce, the one that supposedly his insurance company requires, it will get you. Go to Love 2 Fix, they don't make you sign away all your rights. This place expects you to forgive them of any damage they cause to your device!! Brought my iPhone 6s in, he said no problem, just signs the waiver, don't worry, I've never actually broken a phone, this is just a legal thing from my insurance. When I came back to pick it up, everything looked okay, worked. Got in my car, plugged in the charger, didn't show as charging, thought it might be the cable, after all it was just worked on by a supposed professional. Got home, same thing, over night the phone died wouldn't charge. Went back the next day, he said sorry, we are not responsible for any damage, if you want us to look into it you have to pay the shop fee again for the inspection then what ever additional it costs to repair. I went to another cell shop, they opened it up and Cell R Us broke the connection from the charging port. HOW!!! That shouldn't have been touched when replacing the glass screen. They may be cheap, but their service isn't worth anything. Tried to save a few bucks and they ruined my phone. This is what you get from a bunch of untrained lackeys that don't know how to do much more than turn a screw.

Never buying a case ever from these guys again. I paid $25 for a outterbox case for my phone only to find out it's fake. Warning all there outterbox cases are Fake! Look at the back of the box, case, and if you have to push on your display hard to type or use it then it's 100% fake. (I'M WARNING YOU ALL DON'T BUY ONE FROM THEM. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ONE FROM BEST BUY) at least you know there real from there.

The store's size is very small as it is located within a discount mall that is called Shop$mart. The guys there were nice and it was a pleasant experience. They fixed my iphone 4 for about 59.99 plus tax. I didn't like paying that much money, but I think it was reasonable considering how much it costs at other places. The location is convenient for me as I don't wish to go all the way down to Elk Grove or all the way up to East Sac and above. The phone was fixed completely. My phone had its Digitizer broken and they repaired it. It also had an old mic that made it hard for people to hear me. They fixed that too free of charge. They even gave me a brand new screen protector. My phone looks brand new, better than it ever was. There was one problem though that is my reason for a 4 star. They told me it would be done in 45 minutes. I've heard people say it could be done in 20 minutes, but that wasn't the big issue for me. When I came back after exploring the Shop$mart and driving off to another place for a while, they told me that I needed to wait 20 more minutes and I didn't know what else to do to wait. I passed the time and then they had it done by the time I got back. Because the phone came back to me in such fantastic shape, I was more than happy to not be mad, but I'm still a little bitter so 4 stars out 5. I like the place. It is convenient, helpful, and nice. I'm thankful to the repairman who fixed my iphone. I hope they can get more customers in the future.
