You don't NEED an appt, but it's highly recommended. Especially considering lots of places being short-staffed and at reduced hrs.
I was served as a walk-in. I waited outside for about 30 minutes, I think. The worst part... I couldn't find any business near there allowing customers to use their restrooms, all restrooms were closed due to the pandemic.
