I was served as a walk-in. I waited outside for about 30 minutes, I think. The worst part... I couldn't find any business near there allowing customers to use their restrooms, all restrooms were closed due to the pandemic.
How would anyone here know? You have to go to the VZW website to make an appointment.
Walkin is fine their just lines now outside because of covid and only so many in at a time
