5 Stars across the board all day !! ✨ Anthony & Nelson were both amazing in helping my grandma & I solve an issue within AT&T. Customer Service had all of us waiting for about 4 hours just to fix a pending issue, but not once did they get frustrated, rude, or impatient with having to hold for so long; In fact, they were even better multitaskers. They helped other customers that came in, some which were rude, others that had repetitive questions, and also showed hospitality by entertaining, offering water, etc. Overall, A dope duo and would love to see them stay on the team & finish making that shmoney. 🙏🏾
