I’m just gonna be totally honest every time I’ve had a situation with my phone I’ve dealed with this store in this store alone everyone in there knows their stuff about Phone and as you know if you follow me I’m the most illiterate computer guy in the world but fortunately we have the guys at Metro Oscar I don’t know if he still works there now another young lady I forget her name but nevertheless they always seem to resolve my problem I really appreciate that and with that but they’re very enthusiastic about helping you so you’re not gonna sit around a long time waiting for them to give you some attention they gonna come tend to you are they gonna ask you what could they do to help their very courteous and they’re very professional so with that being said two thumbs up to you guys and in other words five stars you guys earned it see you next time

She saw my calendar on old phone & saw all the surgeries I was going through. So she decided to transfer my calendar appointments. Then she told me. You have the best cashier/salesperson, ever. Was great to me & very informational, helpful, & Great customer service. Management was nice, friendly guy, They wanted to help me fix my issue as much as I did. Well appreciated this day because I was having a messed up day. Really big new location with all phones, yes you can buy phones, accessories, or pay bill, or phone issues they handle all at this location. Free Parking and for Handicap also + Entrance. Call your local corporate store explain your situation and see if they can fix it or if you have the insurance you will just have to pay for the shipping to get your new phone.
Less then a month... MAYBE. if it's malfunctioning, yes. But if you dropped it... possibly not. They have been tryna crack down on exchanges, I feel.... BUT I wud TRY it anyway. And if it fails.... there are alot of guys now doing mobile screen repair and replacement
They moved locations hunny their # may have changed too or just keep ringing and ringin like u found out .grrr lol hope u find another! Theres a corporate metro pcs in the arden fair mall (:
