Call your local corporate store explain your situation and see if they can fix it or if you have the insurance you will just have to pay for the shipping to get your new phone.
If i were you take it to MetroPCS and ask them to help you whats going your new phone, is just any carrier if you dont pay your bill absolutely will cut your service. No one will get free now a days. But if is not related the bill the phone must have technical problem probably. Will, since you had that not even a month, dont they their return policy a month or 15 days only? Why dont you try to take it back and ask? Theres no harm in trying they might like you being a good custmers and such a humble person they will let you. Just think optimistic. Good luck !!!
