I want to give Robin a shoutout. I bought a new mini iPhone on 1/15. I had some issues and was out of town. I went to Chico’s store since I was visiting family. Chico gave me the round around (I will be writing a review for them also). Chico sent me to an authorized Apple retailer (Best Buy), Best Buy sent me back to T-Mobile, I went back and they told me I would have to travel to Sacramento I have to go to exchange the defective phone. I called Sacramento to confirm and Robin helped call Chico three times to walk them through exchanging like to like phone because even when I went back they said they couldn’t since I did a trade in. After that they wanted to charge a restocking fee. Finally the fourth call, she walked them through the like for like exchange. She didn’t have to but she went above any customer service.

I Love the employees of this store. Every one of them were extremely helpful and customer service oriented. The employees went above and beyond to help make my transition easy from my previous cellular provider. I like the fact that if they didn't know the answer to one of my difficult questions, they were willing to acknowledge that and quickly obtained the answer to my question instead of making assumptions. They not only ported my phone from my previous provider, but, the quality of my service coverage has increased from one signal strength bar at home to 4 bars. And I am paying 50% less for the same service. Thank you T-Mobile for making my customer experience a pleasant one.

They only allow a small group of people in at a time. They take your name and number and have you stand outside. Then they call you in when it is your turn. I only had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes this afternoon.

The truth is they do not tend as it should be but when you go to buy a phone they tend to you quickly for their convenience but when you have problems they do not want to tend you they always send you to customer service ... I do not recommend them in tha

I've been very pleased with the service at T-Mobile on Howe Ave. I've been there a number of times and I'll go back again. I'm sorry you had a problem with their service because this has not been my experience.
