I'm a "buy a car from an individual" kinda guy and I've never bought from a dealership before. I spent awhile on Marketplace and just couldn't find the truck that I wanted. I finally found the perfect truck at a CarMax in CO. For $200 they shipped it to KC. I was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service, the good communication, and my experience at the dealership. Jordan was a great, no pressure rep. Six weeks and 2,000 miles later, I am still happy. I would definitely consider buying through them again.

We had a wonderful experience all the way around! Our salesman, John Eisner, is the BEST! He took his time to understand just what we were looking for in a new car. He was very knowledgeable & gave us a lot of helpful information that helped us to make a decision on the right car for our needs. John made the entire experience very pleasant & by the time we bought the car, he felt like an old friend to us. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were thrilled with the trade in amount we were offered for our old car. Overall, we were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. Car Max is definitely our go-to place!

Found the perfect truck at another Carmax location and was able to transfer it to Kansas City for a reasonable fee. Our sales person Zee was friendly and made the entire process easy. The 24 hour test drive and 90 day/4000 mile warranty were nice extras. Highly recommend!

Both cars I've had worked on here were purchased at the Wichita location. The first car I had serviced here it took them almost the entire day just to come up to me and tell me there was an issue. A paperwork issue that could've easily been fixed had they just told me what was going on. I haven't even taken in my second car yet but after calling to book the appointment I'm not looking forward to it. I was told despite appointments being made that didn't mean my car would be looked at because I could only bring my car in when they were on lunch. The entire staff has to take a lunch at the same time? I was then told if they needed to keep my car they would even though it's my only mode of transportation and I don't have anyone that can pick me up and I can't afford a ride share. I'm a full-time student and I work. This place doesn't pretend to be considerate of what other people may need. Depending on how my appointment goes I may just choose to drive back to Wichita to get my car serviced. The customer service skills of the service area are majorly lacking. I'm giving 2 stars because they did fix my other car.

I asked my manager about this and we could still work with someone in this kind of situation- if you can be approved for the loan on the car- with your fixed income, we could possibly sell to you depending on the approval rate- but we could absolutely help someone in similar situations

Yes they do and they also have other lenders to choose from...
If they will let that person take over payment . But make sure they don't get you for a repo ik some places say they wont put it on your credit score but they do . Or u can sale it for what you owe on it and just pay it off . But try to see if someone will take over the payments
