The dealership is really good with providing sales. We brought the new Altima from Todd at Elevated Nissan and he was amazing with it, first we were there to buy the Sentra but due to availability we had to move to Altima, but Todd was always there to answer our questions and not pushy at all, we did lose the couple of Sentra’s that were gonna come because of the current car market, but he got us a better deal below MSRP with our own financing on the new Altima which was available and in stock with them. Everything worked out good at the end and we got the new car. We are really happy with our new car. Todd is really great with his sales and after sales service as well, we highly recommend him.

Had a really great experience here today at Nissan! I went in on a whim to test drive the new Kicks they got three days ago. They had one left because they've been flying out the door, so I feel pretty lucky to have gotten the last one. Anyways, I went and did this on a whim and didn't expect to be walking out with a car today. I came kind of late in the day because I didn't see the text until about 4:45p and didn't realize they closed at 6p. I got there at about 5:22p and drove out with a new 2022 Kicks by 7:40p! They were all so kind and patient with me as this took a bit longer than I expected to be there for, since I just went in to test drive. Todd was fantastic to work with and Randy was super nice! We celebrated at Strang Hall afterwards so here's a last minute pic of her. I'm so excited to have something more reliable for the next up coming years!

It was helpful that the dealer was able to answer questions directly about inventory and what to expect. Also went above and beyond to not just show the features of the vehicle and how to use them, but once we purchased has maintained contact to ensure we know how to use the features. In the past my parents and we bought 2 vehicles with computer features that we never did use because it was too complex, in this case we are already using several features because our dealer, Tim, showed us how, and continues to answer questions that we have. I don't feel guilty reaching out to bug him, because he is down to earth and made it very clear his role is to continue to support us with the vehicle. I'm technologically challenged and hate learning new technology, so this seals the deal for me!

I had a great experience at Elevated Automotive! Poula was quick to respond to my inquiry and help me through the entire process to ensure I went home with the car I truly wanted. He went the extra mile to show me all of the bells and whistles, hooking up my apple car play and even transferring my previous license plates! And the dreaded finance process, NOT HERE, John equally made this step of the process seamless, easy and wasn’t overly pushy with the add ons. I was at the dealership in total 4 hours and it only felt like 2! Both Poula, his GSM and John were fantastic gentlemen to work with and I cannot wait continue the quality service with the service department for years to come.

It most likely will require 2 hours of labor and the price will be approximately $120.00. Keep in mind that there might holes left over that will need to have plugs put in if it is bolted down to the vehicle.
