The sales man, Jesus, directed me to a 2019, Toyota Corolla. He gave a lift with it and I drove afterwords. His help definitely gave me the confidence to finance my first car without worry. Both him and his Manager, David, made it clear how to do things and how much it’ll cost.

I’m embarrassed to admit that while I read & use info from reviews, I am not great at writing them myself. That said, I had to share about my experience purchasing a vehicle from Reed Hyundai. I’ll start by saying I’ve been a Honda customer for pretty much my whole life. However, after a bad experience at a local Honda dealer I decided to start researching other car manufacturers. Gage was first to greet me when I walked in & I immediately felt at ease with him. I had planned on the Santa Fe, but after sitting in & test driving the Tucson, that’s what felt right to me. Gage was SO very patient with all of my questions & even going with me to make sure the Tuscan would fit in my garage (other non-Hyundai SUV’s I looked at were much too wide). Gage’s easygoing demeanor put me at ease - I never felt rushed or pressured, which is so important when making a large purchase like this. Additionally, his knowledge of the specs on the Tucson was amazing. He was literally able to answer any question I threw at him & explain things in a way that was easy to understand (ie non-textbook manual). Super impressive! The style I wanted (black on black) wasn’t available, but Gage was able to locate one out of state & quickly got me on the waitlist for it. Much to both our surprise it even came in early! Gage & the Hyundai staff made the actual purchasing process as easy as they could & answered the additional questions I had. I was even gifted a beautiful & thoughtful goodie box of yummy snacks, which was a nice touch. Gage even sat with me in the car to go over the specs again so I felt confident driving away. Almost a month later & I could not be happier with my decision. I’ve never been so happy with a car buying process as I am with Reed Hyundai & I am in love with my new car. It’s truly all I could have wanted and more. Plus given all the “bells & whistles” it was even more affordable than other vehicles I’d looked at that priced out all the upgrade features individually. Gage has even followed up to make sure everything has been going well with the car. And when my floor mats came in that I ordered even helped put them in. I can’t say enough about how so phenomenal Gage has been. Truly one of the most outstanding individuals I’ve met & I do not say that lightly. I am so happy with my purchase & highly recommend Reed Hyundai & working with Gage.

Liam Walsh was my sales rep, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Was in and out in a flash, and he still managed to explain it all perfectly. He took care of everything I needed within the one day of me finding the vehicle. Went to another location and had a runaround, no messing around with this place! I had a great experience with Reed Hyundai, and I would strongly recommend my sales associate, Isaiah Taylor who is very patient, honest, helpful, genuine, and professional. Isaiah had been very attentive throughout the entire time. From test driving to purchasing the vehicle, Isaiah was nice enough to go through all the details with me. The entire Reed Hyundai team was very helpful too. The financial manager made the processes clear and easy. The manager on duty was nice enough to allow me to leave with a full tank of gas as well. Although there was an incident that they accidentally charged me more than the price listed on the website, the general manager quickly acknowledged the issue and refunded me the price difference. I am very glad that I purchased my very first Mercedes from Reed Hyundai, and they will be my go-to car dealer from now on.
