This places is absolutely the worst place to order from . I’ve been trying for months to get my order replaced and the other day I was charged delivery fee and never got my pizza !! The guy told me it would be 3 hours b4 I would be able to even receive an order and refused to give me my refund from an order I never received!!! The staff here are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas with cheese sticks Everything was still hot when delivered. Delivery driver was polite and helped me hold the pizzas to verify all the extra sauces were included.

"The app doesn't count for us being under staffed." Was the reply I got when asking where my order was. Under staffed is a lame excuse. Especially when the app said it'll take 45 minutes. Then I was told it would be another 30 minutes. It's already been an hour and a half. Worst place ever to order food from. Door Dash can get my order to my door from across town in less time than that.

Delivered an hour after he left the store, the boxes were smashed, the pizza was cold, and the store refused to answer their phone. Through the site they'll give me a free pizza. No thanks, I'll never order from here again, trying to get a full refund, worst food experience ever.
