Horrible place. They did not even bother checking to see what the issue with my Toyota and proceeded to force me to schedule an appointment 2-3 days from then, even thought I was not from the area and had to make a long drive back soon. I would have not be able to make the drive back if it wasn’t fixed. It was a simple easy fix, but I didn’t want to risk voiding my warranty by doing it myself. I understand it’s always busy, but the least they could do was care about their customers a bit more. I don’t even understand what the money paid for the Toyota warranty was meant for.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I waited 3 hours for them to tell me something else was wrong. I agreed to fix the problem and it came back 2 hours later that it hadn’t been started. I waited 5 hours total at this wretched place for just an oil change. They suggested I go home and grab the wrench addition needed to fix the other problem. I said no and left. They rushed to give me the car back and didn’t give me all the valve stems back. Let them know and they said it was mailed and never received them. This place is horrible. Will never go back. Gave them a chance to make it right and they didn’t. Sean in service ignored my emails and didn’t bother to fix anything.

Toyota Vallejo is an exceptional dealership for buying and serving cars. This business knows how to serve customers and provide a smooth and easy experience. We purchased a 2022 Camry Hybrid SE and had no issues with the typical “bait and switch”, sneaky pricing, and other tricks that are so common with most dealerships in the Bay Area (Dublin Toyota is the worst). We worked directly with Robert, Luis, and Leslie. When our car was available, it only took 90 minutes to complete the paperwork. Everyone was friendly, respectful of our time, and very professional. Our first service appointment was equally as positive. Toyota Vallejo is a top-tier dealership that’s in a class above all others. We’ll be buying out next Toyota from this dealership. Their amazing service has earned our loyalty for a lifetime!

Terrible experience I took my new used car that I did NOT buy from them for a copy of the ignition key and programming, they charged $1200 for the service, I took the car the day they scheduled the appointment to do it and at the last minute they did NOT give me the service for Different reasons that they said play with people's time, and I am a client of theirs. I had bought 4 cars there, I went to Toyota Hilltop Richmond and the same service cost me $450 and they did not object to the service. I will NOT do business with them again I will NOT take my cars there for future service. terrible service.

YES, OR Jimmy Vassar in Napa, BOTH are GOOD
If your warranty is through Toyota then yes they will honor it. They open around 7am and have appointments on weekends as well.

Low priority and or refer u to a body shop
I haven't heard of one. But if you call the dealer and ask for the service department or the warranty administrator and give them your vehicle identification number they can run it to see if there are any recalls at all. That would be the best way to know for sure.
Less than $100, the do a thorough job giving you satisfaction
Toyota Valejo offers high quality and speedy service.
About $43 for basic change on a sedan $53 for an SUV and there's some other options if you want to pay for them. You can usually find coupons online to save $10 or so. Or after the first time you go, you'll start receiving them in the mail around the time you're due for your next oil change. Definitely worth it.
