About $43 for basic change on a sedan $53 for an SUV and there's some other options if you want to pay for them. You can usually find coupons online to save $10 or so. Or after the first time you go, you'll start receiving them in the mail around the time you're due for your next oil change. Definitely worth it.
If your car is not under warranty I would suggest going to a different oil change place and getting it for half price or even less
