I would NOT RECOMMEND renting here management is a joke and all you here before sunrise is kids under your windows . Neighbors nosey as hell can’t mind their own business if it was a paying job . Don’t step in the grass unless you wanna be washing off your shoes people do not pick up after their pets !!!!

Don’t recommend for several reasons, the new people in the office don’t work with you, after living there for so long nothing gets fixed, the utilities are always going up no matter if you use them a lot of not. And if you sign up for the rent relief program it seems like it’s no point, they’ll act like you didn’t submit proof, then they’ll keep calling you about it which is fair but that’ll turn into them taking pictures telling you you’re in violation when it’s never been a problem before for the 3 years I’ve been here

The staff is very rude and very unprofessional. I understand that the office has been closed since the pandemic hit, but I just went over to give a copy of my insurance card (for which they have been wrongly charging me for, yet I already gave it to them). I rang the bell, knocked on the door, but those guys inside decided to ignore me. I could literally hear them laugh and walk around inside, but refused to come and attend to a resident for just one minute. I hate to use the race card but honestly I felt looked down on, ignored and disregarded because of the color of my skin. This is what we have to deal with every day of our lives, even during a black history month. I never bother these people, but to treat me this way was wrong on many levels.

Renting here is a trap; I was shown a model apartment prior to moving in but the apartment I got was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. There are lots of raccoons and skunks on the property so you have to be careful at night. Every morning there is loud noises from the trash trucks to wake you up and now I have an infestation of roaches. In addition, I am forced to pay $125 a month for water that is included in my rent. There are only 2 people in my apartment, with no washers/dryers so there is no reason for my water bill to be this high. Ive been living here for a year and I am so disappointed with this property. Don't move here! Save your money, you can do better!
