$Quick to fix what s not right,except parking sucks. Charge $100 for a regular park stall. Sucks....I updated my review as of July 18,2022. Managment needs to listen up! No more false advertising. No fireplaces, jacuzzi broken since March 2022, pool frigid like the front office administration. The maintenance crew people are nice and professional even if instructed to skim on finished work.

I've been living at Sterling Village for 5+ years. The office staff have changed a few times, but all of them have been very professional. The current Management is no exception. Very friendly and professional. They respond to any maintenance requests or any other issues very promptly. I like that there is Security driving through the property daily. There have been a significant improvement in preventing people from parking in reserved spaces. I would highly recommend this property.

I have had nothing less than a great experience since moving into Sterling Apartments. Ashli has been thorough and consistent throughout the whole process of getting approved and moving in. The grounds are well kept and the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The maintenance staff has been very attentive as well, resolving any issue mentioned expediently. I am very happy to call this place home and recommend anyone to consider moving here as well.
