Pregnancy care is pretty poor. We never received a proper introduction from the healthcare professionals. Questions were answered pretty broadly or handed a pamphlet. No reminders or follow-ups for appointments.

Unprofessional quality and no consideration for the family during crisis. When you treat the patient the family is also involved and respected. Does not surprise me coming from a small community hospital compared to a large teaching institution based on its low rating. Staff complains about family members that call from across the country to inquire about their family member (my MOTHER!) that stroked but will say nice things to other family members (of the same family) if you give them cookies!

My mother-in-law received the worst care at your facility in Vallejo, CA today. She had surgery scheduled for this afternoon and Dr. Lanflisi denied her service without explanation. I won’t go into full detail here, but the whole ordeal left her in tears. Now she has 5 bruises in her arm because the nurses weren’t able to successfully locate her veins and is at home in pain due to her condition. She’s afraid to go back due to the way your staff treated her. How can we make this right?

I was seen in the ER recently and then admitted to ICU. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sutter Health Solano. I had the BEST care. I never had to want for anything. They were on it! The staff was very attentive and caring. I was scared out of my mind and they did all they could to help me. The nursing staff who took care of me were so very patient, kind and understanding. They took time to hang out and talk which I so very much appreciated. I wish I could reach out to the Chief of Staff or whoever to let him/her know what excellent staff Sutter Solano has and to recognize the nurses that cared for me.
