When I need something to fix up the house, off to Lowes I go. They have just about everything you need. Store location is very convenient for me! Picked up a couple of shovels and some yard bags. Still my go to store for home repairs and yard work!

Bought a grill from Lowes had the professional put it together went to pick it up they tried to give me one that was sitting outside in the elements it was starting to rust and it was all dirty and the door didn't open were talking about a 629 dollar grill that's before taxes so I tell manager Sabrina it's not exceptable she says it's the only one they have so I opted to get one in the box which took additional 2 days to pick so I do to pick up my item and go home to assemble and it's damaged so I return it noticed outside that it has a lower price on it says 529 for the ones outside I would assume it's because there so dirty and already rusting

You want stuff to build,redo,or tare it down Lowes is the place to go They can be a little more expensive than home depot. But the quality is good. I love goin on a adventure lookin at all the new exciting things coming..

They offer a recycling bin as you walk in the store.
COVID Safety practices at Lowes include mostly self checkout with barriers between checkout counters, all employees wear masks and recently there have not been crowds of people so it's easy to social distance.
Contact the store tell them you'd like to get the sale price on the item. if they deny that request return and repurchase it at the sale price.
They may, I know they have replacement screens for some custom doors.
They should help.
Their reputation and home depot's are horrible with returns. I have had the same issue and regret not to buy from either of them again.
