I would not advise going to this clinic for any reason. There is always a constant struggle with the coding/billing department charging hidden fees. I was tested for COVID and was left with a $600 bill because of the way it was coded in the system. However, I was told at time of care that it would be free given cost of COVID tests would not be billed to the patient. I was ignored and did not receive calls back from the billing department when promised they would follow up. Go somewhere else for medical care!

I had a very good experience, unlike others below. Yes, the first day I walked in (at 2 p.m.), they weren't able to see me due to high patient volume, so they asked if I wanted to reserve a spot for the next morning. I did. For 8 a.m. I arrived late at 8:05, and only waited a few minutes for my appointment (like any other doctor's office). The nurse practitioner was informative and helped with my concern. I'm grateful for this location as it's close to home. Thank you Vanderbilt!

I was discouraged to go here because of the bad reviews, but today I had an urgent situation and needed to walk in. I arrived about an hour after they opened and I was seen pretty much immediately with no appointment. Everyone there was so nice and even though I was stressed and worried they remained calm and answered all my questions. The care providers were extremely accommodating and kind. I am pretty afraid of medical settings and doctors, and I don't have a pcp right now, so they recommended me some people who they think would be great for me and I am really grateful for that. I was in and out in about an hour and experienced no discomfort or fear my whole visit. I will be coming back to this place en lieu of other walk-in clinics I have used in the past since this was by far a superior experience. Shout out to Leigh and V who were wonderful.

2/3 of the times I’ve been here they’ve not been seeing patients. Even with an appointment we had to wait 2 hours until their “pause” was over. The staff are nice, but when you’re sick, it’s really not ok to make people wait this long. And they should have called to tell us given we had an appointment.

7:30am to 7:30 pm for the walk-in clinic. They are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the primary care clinic at this location.
