I just tried canceling an order for a refrigerator. It was extremely frustrating as I got hung up on, transferred, left on hold, etc Finally someone said he had no idea why he was paged but he would "pass on the info" but I don't know if it was!

Their reputation and home depot's are horrible with returns. I have had the same issue and regret not to buy from either of them again.
