Adam Vaillancourt roofing did an amazing job on our roof. The first time they came out to look and give a quote they had a camera and took a video so I could see how bad the roof was. They explain each piece of the roof and had multiple options to choose from. There was no sales pitch just an explanation of what each product was and how it worked. They called to schedule a time which was quick. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete. Clean up was phenomenal and they moved and put everything back where it belonged. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We have just completed our roof installation on both our home and carriage house with Vaillancourt Roofing. Our initial consultation was with Johnny, who provided a thorough explanation of the products to be used and installation process. We were delayed one day due to weather, but the installation crew arrived the next day and worked very hard, very smart, and very well organized with outstanding supervision by our project manager Juan and foreman Manny to complete our project. In fact, with rainy weather and a holiday weekend looming, they brought on extra help to get the job done by our original deadline. Vaillancourt took care with the protection of our landscaping and did thorough clean up after installation. In short, we are very pleased with our experience. While we cannot say what the long term will bring, we strongly feel that the roof was installed with excellent quality materials by an experienced crew who knew what they were doing and who were well supervised.

The initial inspection confirmed for us that we needed to replace a 23-year old roof, but we were provided with excellent pictures of what was going on up there - very helpful. The scheduling and communications were great, and on replacement day the crew was on time and amazingly efficient about getting started and working. One extra problem was discovered (surprise!) but it was repaired and reasonably priced for the additional work. The workmanship is superb, and all materials were as contracted and the work done to our high satisfaction. The cleanup was excellent as well, I did not see anything left at all. Overall, an excellent company to work with.

To start with, this company was the most responsive and articulate of all the companies I talked to. My first impression was that they were a competent, experienced team. The quote was in the higher range, but I felt it reflected their level of expertise and the high-end material they would use. The roof was complicated, with many nooks and crannies, rubber and asphalt, dormer window and decks. When the day came, I was impressed by the smooth teamwork. I had received information beforehand and knew what to expect, was introduced to the roof specialist and felt the house was in good hands. They did the job in one day, very efficiently, and completely cleaned up afterwards. Joe showed me all the spots on the house that needed attention, backed up with multiple photographs, and was very clear and professional.
