Everyone is nice here but for some reason they just can’t get my prescription right. Plus it takes forever for the glasses to finally come in. I went through three different prescriptions and still can’t see clearly. Waste of my time and money honestly.

First pair of photo grey glasses l bought, the clerk did not mention they would not darken much when l drive. (Why else would l want photo grey? To protect my eyes when l drive on sunny days.) I had them redone with a darker version of photo grey. The new pair came with a newly scratched lens, so l had them redone again. After just a few months, the logo embedded in the left earpiece starting coming unglued and irritating the skin behind my ear. I expect better quality from an $850 pair of glasses. Also, when l get my specs adjusted l find tool marks on the frame afterward.

I couldn't ask for a better experience! Everyone who works here is so nice! The ladies at reception were very helpful and welcoming, the eye doctor herself was extremely nice and very helpful. The people I dealt with when looking for frames, I belive Andrew and Sue, they were very kind and helpful for finding the right frames and lenses for me. If I could rate this place 10/10, I would give them 100!
